Our Mission
To empower and advocate for the rights and welfare of workers and employees across Lebanon by providing comprehensive research, education, and legal support, fostering equitable workplaces and social justice.
Our Vision
To cultivate a society in Lebanon where every worker and employee is treated with dignity, fairness, and respect, and where their rights are safeguarded and upheld without discrimination or exploitation.
